"Superb"
Service was excellent. Location was optimal. However, hotel was quiet at night. Rooms were worth the money. Good value on extras like the spa, cafe Americano, etc. Gym was nice.

everything! hotel was in the best location! probably the best hotel in Miami Beach front. offered lots of think included in the price such as towels and sea chairs and also bicycles. staff super friendly. great pool.

I have to say - Laura was the best employee at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful and definitely it was very nice stay because of her. Also Ata and Ricardo was very nice! Always smiling and making you fell comfortable. The spa was AMAZING. Very beautiful place and Vivian was one of the best masseuse

The property was gorgeous and the staff was amazing. Everyone we interacted with with pleasant and helpful. They give you beach chairs and towels at not additional cost and with the beach so close it was so convenient!
